Data Deletion Request & Consent

Fraud Vigilance ‘VIGLANT’ is a loss management platform that collects, analyses and communicates loss data so users can check, report, flag and share information on losses, perpetrators and locations. This enables you and other users to proactively manage threats to you, your employer, business and trading partners.

Types of data we hold

  • Location data from your phone GPS for local risk alerts.
  • Personal details such as name and address for user records.
  • Role and department to tailor training and communications.
  • Phone number and email to keep you informed about threats.

Why we hold it

  • Inform you of local incidents and business threats.
  • Comply with legal requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver relevant training and communications specific to your role.
  • Send risk alerts, trends and unique threat updates.

Data is kept for the duration of your use of the platform and will be destroyed after 6 months once you exit. We will only share your data if there is evidence of involvement in activities that cause loss to an employer, business, trading partner, or colleagues.
